About us

Burleigh Farm is an eighteenth century stone farm house on the Blenheim Estate - home to the Duke of Marlborough and birthplace of Sir Winston Churchill. This working farm is situated in open country halfway between the village of Bladon, burial place of Sir Winston Churchill and Cassington said to be one of the oldest villages in England. The house is of historical interest and grade two listed as it is a fine example of an enclosure farm. Jane can tell you more about this as well as many other interesting local facts.
